The cabin combines warm wood cabinetry with the useful layout that made the Catalina 27 enduringly popular: galley workspace, storage, a settee and dining area, and an enclosed head.
There are no interior cushions. The owner reports that everything else appears to work properly. The boat was recently hauled out, the bottom cleaned and the paint touched up; the owner expects no repaint to be needed for a couple of years.

The outboard visible in the photos is a loaner and is excluded from the sale.

These are available separately and are not included in the $1,100 asking price.
Title & condition
The title is being processed by the State of Alaska and is not yet in hand. Jeff expects it shortly; confirm availability before completing the sale.
