Electrical work completed before the current owner’s purchase includes the running lights, electrical panel, and battery systems.
Included Yamaha 9.9 hp four-stroke with electric start. Freshly serviced with a new impeller and routine lubricant service; the owner reports it runs great.
Sound rigging and a cockpit mainsheet traveler provide practical control of boom position and mainsail shape.

Below deck
The cabin combines warm wood cabinetry with the useful layout that made the Catalina 27 enduringly popular: galley workspace, storage, a settee and dining area, and an enclosed head.
There are no interior cushions. The owner reports that everything else appears to work properly. The boat was recently hauled out, the bottom cleaned and the paint touched up; the owner expects no repaint to be needed for a couple of years.

The Yamaha 9.9 four-stroke, new genoa, and kayak are included. Most onboard gear is included; confirm individual items with Jeff when viewing.
The outboard visible in the photos is a loaner and is excluded from the sale.
AC power unit: $300.
Scooter: $100.
These are available separately and are not included in the $1,100 asking price.
The title is being processed by the State of Alaska and is not yet in hand. Jeff expects it shortly; confirm availability before completing the sale.
